Another family collaboration during lockdown. On a cold February day with clear skies, my sister’s family went out to see the barn and short-eared owls at the Ridgeway. She wrote a poem based on their experiences. I was moved by the poem loving the way she captures the essence of these birds and the effect it has on those watching. So, I put it into song and Patrick, her son, who was there, sang it. A tribute to these wonderful of birds.
